As a BMO Customer Contact Centre Agent – Everyday Banking, you’ll be part of a dynamic, hard-working team. It’s a fast-paced, exciting environment to work in, and you will multi-task by looking up information on-screen while speaking with customers on the phone.

As a BMO Customer Contact Centre Agent – Lending & Investments you are responsible for listening to the customer inquiry, provide information on lending & investment products and recommend the right solution to fit their needs.

You’ll need an in-depth knowledge of BMO investment, lending, and other banking products and services so you can make appropriate recommendations that will fit the customer needs. When a customer makes a decision you would be responsible to make the necessary changes to their portfolio. Team members are flexible to work rotating shifts that include weekend and evening shifts.

As a BMO Customer Contact Centre Agent – Commercial Service, you are the front-line contact for our commercial (business) customers. You are responsible for listening to the customer inquiry, provide information on the commercial products and services and recommend the right solution for their business needs.

You will need to multi-task and be committed to staying up-to-date on new and always changing commercial products. Team members are flexible to work rotating shifts that include weekend and evening shifts.

As a BMO Customer Contact Centre Agent – MasterCard Lending, you will support customers in the application process including the ability to approve increases to credit limits for personal customers.

You are responsible for listening, analyzing the customer’s inquiry and problem-solve to identify potential solutions to their needs. You will obtain the necessary tools to make credit decisions or recommendations in staying compliant to bank policy and procedures. The Customer Contact Centre Assistant Manager is an entry level role into management. You will be responsible for leading a team to successfully provide exceptional customer service to achieve their objectives.

You will be responsible for training and mentoring new agents and will be the point person for escalation and policy questions. You will continually be acquiring up-to-date knowledge of products, services and processes as well as any relevant legal, regulatory, or technology requirements. Team members are flexible to work rotating shifts that include evenings and weekends.

As the Customer Contact Centre Manager, you will lead a team of front-line agents to consistently deliver superior customer service on all inbound calls. You are to ensure the team is always in compliance with both industry regulations and BMO policies and procedures.

As a team leader and coach, you are responsible for managing the performance of all members of your team by helping them develop the skills required to succeed in their current role. As well you are also responsible in guiding them to achieve the necessary skills and networking contacts to develop their BMO career.
