      Languages

      Bank by Phone is available in English and Spanish; for Spanish, press 8. Additional languages are available upon request.

      Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS)

      We accept calls made via Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS). This type of service allows for two-way communications for those with hearing or speech disabilities. This service is typically free and available 24 hours a day.       Our Secure Message Center and email encryption service scrambles your personal, financial or confidential information. It's transmitted and stored, for up to 90 days, in a format accessible only to those with the correct password.
