Once an account is deemed unclaimed, BMO Life Assurance Company will take reasonable efforts to locate the client by:

• Locating the owner at the last known address.
• Contact the servicing advisor and/or MGA office assigned to the policy.
• Locating the owner using Canada 411 online directory.

BMO Life Assurance Company maintains a list of unclaimed property owners whom we have been unable to contact. If you would like to request a search of our database, please contact our office at 1-800-387-4483.
