Each of the Bank of Montreal standard charge mortgage terms (Manitoba) and standard charge terms (Ontario) has been filed with the applicable registry office in the exact form shown. Any reference to it by a filing number is a reference to the corresponding document shown on this site. Copies must be provided to the mortgagor(s) and guarantor(s) in this form unamended.

Some schedules to the documents require completion in accordance with the Bank's instructions.
