Before you can set up an account alert, you must first add a delivery method.
You can set up alerts that notify you when:
To add an account alert, including an eStatement alert, select My Profile & Preferences, choose My Alerts on the left-hand side of your screen, and then choose Manage Alerts. On the Manage Alerts page, choose an account in the drop-down menu under Account Alerts. Select the alerts and delivery methods you wish to add by clicking the appropriate check boxes, and then select Save Account Alerts. If you wish to set up Account Alerts on other accounts in your list, repeat these steps for each of the accounts.
Please note that you will only receive an eStatement alert if your account is set up for eStatement.
To add alerts to an account that is not listed, please go to Mobile Preferences to enable the accounts you would like to make available for Mobile Banking and Alerts.
