Program benefits are exclusive to regular force personnel, reserves, recruits, military families, veterans and retirees, as well as Department of National Defence (DND) and Staff of the Non-Public Funds civilian personnel, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Canadian Coast Guard.
