Help with Change Statement Options

You may make changes to your statement preferences through Online Banking, at your local branch or by calling the Customer Contact Centre at 1-877-345-7777.

Available Statement Options

  • eStatement: View, print, and download your statement online for up to seven years from as early as June 2009.
  • Single statement: You will receive a separate statement for the selected account(s).
  • Consolidated: You will receive one consolidated monthly paper statement for all your accounts.

Consolidate Bank Statements

To consolidate your bank statements please call the Customer Contact Centre at 1-877-345-7777.

MasterCard Statements

Receive your MasterCard statement in the mail or choose to receive your statement online with eStatement. If you are the owner of a MasterCard for Business account you may request to review all statements held by all owners and employees on your account.

Line of Credit Statements

To make changes to your Line of Credit Statement and review your statement online please visit your local branch. You must be an authorized user of the account to make changes to the statement options.
